Arthur arrived a little early, and instead of waiting until 8:30, he jumped right in. From the start, he treated my dad’s belongings and our home with incredible care—blankets on every item, careful handling through every doorway, and not a single scratch, ding, or scuff anywhere.
The way he packed the truck showed true skill and attention to detail. Every piece fit perfectly and securely. When we arrived at The Hamlets, it was pouring rain, and Arthur immediately adjusted his route to pack the items into the facility so he wouldn’t track in any mess. Even the staff commented on how thoughtful that was!
When the facility’s policy required a pause during residents’ lunchtime, Arthur didn’t complain for a second. “The rules are the rules,” he said with a smile. His positive attitude never wavered, and he even kept my dad entertained through every trip back and forth to the new apartment.
We can’t thank Arthur enough for his professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. My dad truly appreciated it—and so did we.
